Their standard £99 up-front package won't be beaten on price by any other online agent, all the while offering you property listings on the major portals: Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation. As with other agents around this price point, Sale Boards and professional photography are not included, but 99home allows you an almost à la carte experience in which you can tailor your required services very easily. It is worth noting that photography and floorplans are packaged together, and not sold separately.
At the other end, their "High Street" package offers everything one would expect from a high street service, from accompanied viewings to sales progression and photography. In the past, 99Home allowed this package (and the Combo package) to be fully paid on completion, but the full figure of £999 is now required up front.
In the middle, their "Combo" package, offers all the same services as the High Street package, but without the accompanied viewings or premium Zoopla listing.
All packages list your property until it sells, with no time limit, which is worth bearing in mind if this is a concern to you, especially in the current market.
99Home Reviews
99home are a relatively new online estate agent, and so they don't have the largest body of reviews yet, but what feedback does exist has been good. Their first reviews started appearing around mid 2017, but as their reputation has grown, so has the volume of reviews consistently grown.
99home are rated 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot over 517 reviews, which is the joint-highest rating recorded by an online estate agent on the platform. The agent is also rated a more modest 4.58 out of 5 on allAgents over 19 reviews, with an 89% recommended rate.
Comparisons
99Home are one of the most affordable online agents available. Excluding Housesimple, who only operate in certain areas, you won't find an online agent able to list your property for less than £99. This price is matched only by Doorsteps, to whom it is arguable that 99Home have the superior review profile.
If you want to compare 99Home and Doorsteps further, you should see our dedicated comparison page here for more detail, but in brief, they offer the same base-line services for £99: a listing on the major property portals, while you supply the needed data, such as descriptions and photography. Given the input of each, it's not certain that one would be obviously better than the other, though Doorsteps arguably has a bit more name-recognition.
In terms of presence, 99Home currently have around 400 properties on the market, which is about 1.5% of the online agent market, making them the 6th largest online agent.
