Visum's pricing structure for its Basic and Plus packages are on a paid-monthly basis, with an initial one-time fee payable with the first block of marketing to cover their costs of the due diligence process they are legally required to carry out.
There is some contradiction on the website regarding what price the initial up front fee is. The pricing page states £80 for both monthly packages, but on the home page it suggests a one-off fee of £129 for the basic, and £149 for the 'Plus' package. Make sure you clarify this with Visum should you instruct them. We have opted to use the higher fee from the home page.
The Basic package, at £49 a month, will have your property advertised on Zoopla and Primelocation. You will also have access to an online control panel, e-mail and phone support, and a valuation check. Enquiries are handled 24/7.
The Plus package offers all that the Basic package offers, with the addition of marketing on Rightmove, Ad performance data and mortgage advice.
Their Premium package is priced at £499, and offers everything included with Plus, in addition to Rightmove Premium, a free "For Sale" board, free photography, a free EPC, and a free floorplan. Importantly, this package is not paid-monthly: your property will be marketed for six months. This is a fairly full-featured plan and is worth considering.
