The Agency UK, often abbreviated as TAUK, are a relatively new hybrid estate agent, having launched on 19th January 2021.
The company has been launched by three former senior Purplebricks members: Andy Vass, Mark Bruce and Steph Walker. The business model focuses on having self-employed agents solely responsible for a designated area and portfolio, who will sell on a commission basis.
Since its launch, The Agency UK has expanded its team to include approximately 80 local property agents, covering a diverse range of areas.

The Agency UK charges a fee of 1%, which, as with other hybrid estate agents, make them more expensive than many pure online estate agents, yet still better value than a traditional high street agent.
What may be quite notable with The Agency UK, is that your assigned agent will only be working with a small handful of clients at a time, which means you can expect to get a personal and dedicated level of service on par with any traditional estate agent.
Included in the service is professional photography, detailed floorplans, an EPC, a for sale board, and a 3D virtual tour. From what we've seen, The Agency UK take pride in the presentation of the homes they take on.
Your property will also be listed on the soon-to-be-launched "Boomin", a new property portal, as well as Rightmove and Zoopla.
