The Agency UK, often abbreviated as TAUK, are a relatively new hybrid estate agent, having launched on 19th January 2021.
The company has been launched by three former senior Purplebricks members: Andy Vass, Mark Bruce and Steph Walker. The business model focuses on having self-employed agents solely responsible for a designated area and portfolio, who will sell on a commission basis.
Since its launch, The Agency UK has expanded its team to include approximately 80 local property agents, covering a diverse range of areas.
